Dr. David Palmer has over 25 years of experience as an exploration geologist in the Canadian and international mining industry. Dr. Palmer was appointed the President and CEO of Probe Mines in 2004, leading the successful team that was responsible for two major mineral discoveries, including the multi-million ounce Borden Gold deposit, until it was acquired by Goldcorp in 2015. In addition to working extensively throughout Canada, he has a broad range of experience in a variety of commodities in South America, South Africa, India, Greenland and Scandinavia.

Mr. Adams is the President and Chief Executive Officer of IAMGOLD Corporation. Previously, from 2018 to 2022, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of New Gold Inc., where he led the strategic repositioning of the company and turnaround of its operations. Prior to New Gold, Mr. Adams was President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Mines Inc. from 2014 until the company was sold to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams’ time at Richmont Mines, the primary mine of the company experienced an increase of more than two-fold in production, the mineral reserves were multiplied by more than three, and the costs were reduced significantly, leading to the Island Gold Mine in Ontario becoming one of the most cost-efficient underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Adams was Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation, and prior to that he was General Manager of IAMGOLD’s Rosebel mine in Suriname before being appointed Senior Vice President, Americas Operations. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

A director of Probe Mines Limited from 2001 until its acquisition by Goldcorp in 2015, Mr. Peterson has 25 years of experience as a corporate securities lawyer specializing in corporate finance matters for small cap companies. Most of Mr. Peterson’s practice focuses on junior natural resource companies, and he has extensive experience with all aspects of prospectus financings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions in the junior public markets. Companies he has worked with are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mr. Horvat brings a wealth of experience in asset management having managed a range of mandates spanning over two decades, including Resources and Alternative Investments across Global and North American marketplaces. He also managed various institutional mandates for clients based in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. Currently he serves as Director, Pensions and Capital Management with the Province of Prince Edward Island, Department of Finance.  Prior to this role, he was Chief Investment Officer of Oberon Capital Corporation, post his role with a U.K. based pension, insurance, and asset manager, as Head of Global Thematic Investing.  Jamie has been acknowledged for his achievements, winning numerous awards for investment performance throughout his career. Jamie holds a M.Sc. in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), as well as an Honours B.Com. from McMaster University and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Mohawk College in Canada.

Ms. Bukacheva is a capital markets and finance professional focused on the metals and mining industry. She is currently a member of the board of directors of Montage Gold Corp. and was previously an independent director at Battle North Gold Corporation before it was acquired by Evolution Mining Limited. Prior to that she was Executive Vice President, Corporate Development of Element 29 Resources Inc., a junior explorer focused on copper resource development in Peru, as well as a director of Gippsland Prospecting Pty. Ltd., a private Australian company which was sold to Battery Minerals Limited in October 2020. Sasha brings with her a wealth of capital markets and finance experience. Ms. Bukacheva was previously a top-ranked Equity Research Analyst for BMO Capital Markets and spent seven years in investment research (2010-2016), with coverage of more than 40 mining companies. Ms. Bukacheva received her Master of Science (MSc.) at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005. She also achieved a Certificate in Mining Studies at the University of British Columbia in 2016 and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Ms. Shannon McCrae is a seasoned professional geologist and executive with more than 25 years of experience in the resource industry. Her expertise spans from early-stage exploration to mine sites across multiple commodities, leading to significant economic discoveries and innovative advancements. Recently, she has been actively engaged in mining and exploration activities through her company, Athena Geoscience, and serves as a Board member of Boart Longyear and Atacama Copper. Prior to her current roles, she held the position of Director of Exploration and Growth at Barrick Gold, where she was a key member of the senior Global Exploration and Growth team until 2019. Ms. McCrae has also held senior positions with De Beers Canada and served as Vice President of Business Development at Novamera.
